Construction of this new Half bath Laundry room opened the flow through the house by relocating washing machines out of the flow of traffic. As well, it provided guests a restroom separate from the rest of the house.

Plumbing, electrical and insulation installed and ready for coverings.

Wainscoting created a warm feel to the space.

Even the locations of the outlet and wainscoting cap were considered when designing this space.
