Apartment living at its best
Every square foot counts in a small city apartment. We made the most of the space available by relocating the kitchen to the old laundry room porch.
Compact Kitchen
We converted this washing room porch to a kitchen by leveling the floor, installing face nailed oak flooring, site built counter sink unit and open shelving trimmed out with Ipe.
Site built shelving
We chose to build a sink base that had the look and feel of a built in kitchen table. Using a set of reclaimed spindles we built this on site and finished it off with a length of Butcher block
